Returns and complaints

In the event of a need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with the card
the payment seller made a refund to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party.

Purchased goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The goods must be returned intact.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Customized products are not refundable.

To meet the deadline, it is only necessary to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

A model declaration is available on our website: Withdrawal form.

Using the above form makes it easier for the Consumer, but it is not obligatory.
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted as follows:

in electronic form to the Seller's e-mail address: kontakt@paperlookbook.pl

in person at the Seller's premises: KRAL ul. Zakopiańska 17, 05-091 Ząbki

Return conditions are as follows:

You must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products
The returned product should be sent in the original packaging, not opened and undamaged.
Returns should be sent well packaged.
To avoid problems with delivery or non-delivery of returns, we advise you to send them by registered mail
Technical problems with the delivered goods are dealt with in accordance with the complaint procedure and are not subject to withdrawal from the contract.

The following returns will not be included:

Open, used or damaged products.
Products not purchased in our online store.
Items made to order
Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:

3) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

KRAL reserves the right not to accept returns or parts of products that have been unpacked, used or damaged.
